Busy Real Estate Company specializing in short sale listings is looking for a bilingual (English/Vietnamese) short sale real estate processors.

Job Description: assemble, confirming accuracy and completeness of short sale package, submitting short sale package to lender, follow up with various banks' loss mitigation departments, act as primary contact for lender/loss mitigation department, contact & obtain additional information from seller, managing the file until written lender approval is obtained

Qualifications: Ability to read, write and speak in English & Vietnamese fluently, familiar with real estate transactions or title company processor, or loan processor.
