Q: I'm Vietnamese, I'm not a US citizen, Can i buy a home in the United States?

A: Anyone, US and non-US citizens, including Vietnamese, can buy and own homes in the US. International home buyers can purchase properties in cash or financing. If purchasing a home through financing, home buyers will be required to have between a 30-40% deposit.
